His promises are immense and no one will be disappointed because this prayer comes from heaven and not from the earth. Let us honor the pain of Christ, let us console him, let him keep us company under the cross … let him not alone.

I believe in God, the omnipotent Father, creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried;descended to the underworld; on the third day he rose again from death; He ascended to heaven, sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; he will come to judge the living and the dead.
