There are many theories about the phenomenon of Medjugorje.
For some time now, people around the world have been warning that the Croatian word Medjugorje in Hebrew means no less than HARMAGEDON in Hebrew, and in Greek Armageddon.
The exact translation of the Hebrew word found in the Bible in the Book of Revelation Har-Magedon – is the same as Medjugorje in the Croatian language, they warn.
Har = hill, Mageddo = furrow, cavity between or “between the hills”.
So the Hebrew word Har Magedon would be a synonym among the Highlands in the literal translation. Although Armageddon is considered to be actually Mount Megiddo near Jerusalem, we cannot help but notice this profound symbolism of the word Medjugorje, at least if we take into account Our Lady’s apparitions and, of course, the content of Our Lady’s message.
Armageddon is a term found in the book of Revelation that marks the site of the last battle of the Antichrist army against the army of Jesus Christ. It is also the place of the end, the end, the place where Satan will be defeated and where Jesus will shake his head at Mary, as prophesied in the foundation of the world. That is why the meaning of the word Medjugorje, as accidental as it may be, can be deeply symbolic.
Although we cannot predict and answer whether Medjugorje really is the site of the last Armageddon battle and the end of the world, as some claim, the fact is that Medjugorje is the place of spiritual Armageddon, that is, the beginning of Armageddon, Our Lady’s preparations for that battle that will bring eternal defeat of Satan and his subjects.
Megiddo is a Hebrew word derived from
the verb gadad. גדד
This verb means “a cutting in between
with the distinct purpose of laying a
treasure bare.”
Megiddo means therefore a laceration
in the sense of a cut that lays a
treasure bare..
Har הר is a Hebrew noun and means
Mountain or mountain ridge.
Har-Megiddo means therefore
Laceration inside a mountain ridge
We also know that Medjugorje means
In between the mountains.
And Har-Megiddo in Greek is
Armageddon.
And that is: The prophesied location
of a gathering of armies for a battle
during the end times in the bible.
Revelation 16:
13and I saw [come] out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs — 14for they are spirits of demons, doing signs — which go forth unto the kings of the earth, and of the whole world, to bring them together to the battle of that great day of God the Almighty; — 15‘lo, I do come as a thief; happy [is] he who is watching, and keeping his garments, that he may not walk naked, and they may see his unseemliness,’ — 16and they did bring them together to the place that is called in Hebrew Armageddon.
And evil will be beaten there.
So this is the place were evil
will be beaten.
