I know when I feel those negative thoughts I try and repeat “Lord Jesus I place my trust in you” or I say many times over and “Jesus, Mary and Joseph; I love, save souls”And of course saying a Hail Mary helps too, and prayer to St. Michael. The enemy sure likes to make us feel defeated, or down, but we are warriors like you said. God bless
