Have You Seen the King’s Mantle?
Jesus, King of All Nations, revealed His Devotion to an American woman in Virginia from 1988 to 2025. Jesus named her “His Secretary.”
Any references to visions, apparitions, revelations, messages, miracles, or other supernatural claims in this article should be considered as “alleged”, because only the Holy See can make a ruling on supernaturality under the new Vatican Norms.
The revelations are contained in the book, the Journal of the Secretary: Second Edition, commonly called the Journal.
On August 15, 1993, the original devotional elements were granted a Nihil Obstat that declared they were free from doctrinal and moral error up to that date.
Bishop Enrique Hernandez Rivera D.D., Bishop of Caguas, Puerto Rico, granted the Nihil Obstat. The Bishop said that he recognized “the need to foster more devotion to Our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ, True King of All Nations.”
The late Father Albert J. Hebert said, “These revelations are very important. America is honored by their being given here because they not only apply to us, our nation, but to all the world. They are aimed at the universal restoration of Christ as King of All Nations and, more proximately, to prepare the way for His welcome at His Coming. I urge all to secure the publications of the Jesus King of All Nations Devotion and to respond to and spread the messages.
“One must read the full account of the Journal to have a comprehensive view of them and insight concerning the rich spiritual treasures therein; and the vital apostolate outlined there for our times, NOW TIMES!”
Jesus asked that He appear in His Image and be brought to His people everywhere. A large 4’ x 6’ Visitation Image was painted and has journeyed throughout the world. It has been displayed before millions of people for veneration. Many signs, wonders, healings, and conversions have been reported.
On November 21, 2021, on the Feast of Christ the King, in his Cathedral of St. Francis Xavier, Bishop David Ricken of the Diocese of Green Bay, Wisconsin, entrusted the United States of America to Jesus King of All Nations.
His priests and pastoral leaders joined Bishop Ricken in reciting a Special Litany for Christ to reign. Bishop Ricken has asked us to recite the Special Litany in our homes.
You may read the entire Act of Entrustment and the Special Litany here.
The photos below show St. Francis Xavier Cathedral with Bishop Ricken in the Entrance Procession and Bishop Ricken kneeling before an icon of Christ the King; making the Act of Entrustment and leading the Special Litany.
“The King’s Mantle” is a prayer blanket that Jesus, King of All Nations, had requested be called the “King’s Mantle”, and that it was to be seen in a gold metallic fabric and then blessed by a Catholic priest. That was done. Jesus also revealed the prayer to be said when the Mantle was placed upon an individual: “Jesus, King of All Nations, says, ‘I will cover you with my Kingly Mercy. I will cover you with my healing power’.”
The King’s Mantle is a blessed sacramental mantle. It is placed on an individual’s back from behind usually while the person is venerating the Image of Jesus King of All Nations with the Mantle draping slightly from their front shoulders as the prayers of Jesus are recited for them.
However, it is not used as a blessing itself, but as a prayer for a blessing from Jesus, whose name abbreviation (IHS) is on the back of the Mantle.
It is not necessary that a priest place the Mantle upon an individual. A layperson may place it and recite the prayer for a blessing from Jesus.
The King’s Mantle has been placed upon priests by other priests. Several priests have reported manifestations while receiving the King’s Mantle, including a sensation of heat and the scent of incense. Many people have received the King’s Mantle and prayers for healing.
The Jesus King of All Nations Image and the King’s Mantle were exhibited at the 2024 Women of Christ Conference in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
The Guardian of the Image reported that many hearts were touched that day. Here is her report:
I witnessed young women venerating His Image on their knees and suddenly weeping as they touched His Sacred Heart. One woman, who received the King’s Mantle, told me that she felt great peace while under His Mantle.
A woman with Multiple Sclerosis was sitting in a chair before His Image, venerating His Image. When she received the King’s Mantle and prayer she was slain in the Spirit and gently fell to the floor, still under the Mantle.
After some minutes, she stirred and we helped her to sit in the chair. She reported that there was complete silence under the Mantle.
Another woman was walking by the Image and she stopped and began to sway. She asked me, “What is this Image about? I don’t know anything about it, but when I was passing by, there was something flowing from the Image”.
In fact, I had to get a chair for the woman, she was so overcome. I explained the Image and the Jesus King of All Nations Devotion to her. (This reminded me of an earlier Visitation in a Church, where the priest told me that he could see waves of Grace flowing from the Image.)
One woman cupped her hands around her mouth, and leaning on Jesus’ Chest, she later told me that she was talking to Our Lord about her family and her many concerns. It was one of the most endearing things I have ever seen!
Another woman, while under the King’s Mantle, leaned her head upon His Chest, with her eyes closed, and she stood like this for a long time. Such tenderness and trust!
Some women prayed with me. Many women purchased Images for their homes, expressing their desire to enthrone it and they also purchased the Enthronement booklet.
All of the leaflet of prayers were purchased. All of the devotional packets and journals were purchased, as well.
Many women wept. They all touched His Sacred Heart. One woman in a wheelchair, with an amputated right leg, also venerated the Image and received the King’s Mantle. A Spanish priest was quietly watching all of this, he had a table not far from us. He came and took a photo of the Image, and he venerated the Image, as well.
