In the early days, the visionary Mirjana told a priest about a difficult apparition she experienced with the Virgin Mary.
She told the priest: “This century is under the power of the devil, but when the secrets that have been entrusted to you are fulfilled, his power will be destroyed.
But, now at this moment Satan has become aggressive: he destroys marriages, raises discord between priests, he is leading man to sin and is harvesting souls like never before.
As news of these dramatic word’s spread throughout the town, a deeper seriousness about the apparitions began to form in people’s hearts. No longer were the apparitions an exciting proposition for the people in the village, but suddenly a new danger was revealed.
Our Lady had come to guide people back to her son Jesus, but she was also warning mankind about the devil plans .
She said in July 1981 : “A great battle is about to take place, human souls are at stake – a battle between my Son and Satan.
On March 25, 1992 she told the visionary Marija about the devils plans. She warned that humanity was a “path of ruin.”
“Dear children! Today as never before I invite you to live my messages and to put them into practice in your life.I have come to you to help you and, therefore, I invite you to change your life because you have taken a path of misery, a path of ruin.When I told you: convert, pray, fast, be reconciled, you took these messages superficially. You started to live them and then you stopped, because it was difficult for you.No, dear children, when something is good, you have to persevere in the good and not think: ‘God does not see me, He is not listening, He is not helping’.And so you have gone away from God and from me because of your miserable interest. I wanted to create of you an oasis of peace, love and goodness.God wanted you, with your love and with His help, to do miracles and, thus, give an example.Therefore, here is what I say to you: Satan is playing with you and with your souls and I cannot help you because you are far away from my heart.Therefore, pray, live my messages and then you will see the miracles of God’s love in your everyday life. Thank you for having responded to my call. ”
Our Lady tells us she is here on earth to take all souls with her back to Heaven. But she says we must be active. She says:
“I have prayed for the punishment to be softened. Repeated prayers and fasting reduce punishments from God, but it is not possible to avoid the chastisement entirely.
Go on the streets of the city, count those who glorify God and those who offend Him. God can no longer endure that.”
“My angel, pray for unbelievers. People will tear their hair, brother will plead with brother, he will curse his past life, lived without God.
They will repent, but it will be too late. Now is the time for conversion. I have been exhorting you for the past four years. Pray for them.”
Finally Our Lady gives us specific remedies that can protect our homes and families from the snares of the devil. She saus:
You must protect yourself with prayer and fasting: above all with community prayer. Take blessed symbols with you. Put them in your homes, resume the use of the holy water. Hurry up and convert.
Those who do not believe do not wait for the sign that has been announced, it will be too late.
You who believe, convert and deepen your conversion.”
