The Coronavirus pandemic and the Miraculous medal: “Today I want you to pray, in a special way, for the salvation of those people who are carrying the miraculous medal… I can’t help those who don’t pray and don’t make sacrifices.” The Queen of Peace
“Even those who are in good health must pray and fast,” says the Queen of Peace of Medjugorje.
Never as in these days, afraid as we are of the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic, do we need the closeness of the Queen of Peace and her sweet consolation. Therefore, let us pray that you save us and protect us from disease and endless evil.
From Medjugorje, in particular, Mary warns us that the time of her attentions, sooner or later, will end. She does so by entrusting countless messages to the visionaries that she has invited us to take her only Son Jesus Christ as an example and to always follow in his footsteps and teachings.
The following happened on Monday 27 November 1989. The meeting was only for the prayer group, at Blue Cross at 10 pm. This message was given to Marija, who was standing in for Ivan. Our Lady came and said:
“These days, I want you to pray in a special way for the salvation of souls. Today I want you to pray, in a special way, for the salvation of those people who are carrying the miraculous medal. I want you to spread the devotion and the carrying of this medal, so that more souls may be saved, and that you pray in a special way.”
Medjugorje: Message dated August 18, 1982 – pray, pray, pray!
“For the healing of the sick, a firm faith is needed, a persevering prayer accompanied by the offer of fasting and sacrifices. I can’t help those who don’t pray and don’t make sacrifices. Even those who are in good health must pray and fast for the sick.
The more you firmly believe and fast for the same healing intention, the greater will be the grace and mercy of God . It is good to pray by laying hands on the sick and it is also good to anoint them with blessed oil. Not all priests have the gift of healing: to awaken this gift the priest must pray with perseverance, fast and firmly believe . “
