OUR LADY IS WORRIED, NO LONGER IS THIS A SECRET.
Our Lady is worried. No longer is this a secret.
If we view the modern messages of Medjugorje with an eye on prophecy and revelations of the past, we can see why Our Lady is now concerned about the future of mankind.
The great Saint and prophet, Padre Pio, had many encounters with the spiritual world, including the special time when Lord Jesus himself communicated with him about the end of times. These prophecies from Jesus to Padre Pio seem now to be a prelude to the modern messages of Medjugorje about the future of the world. In a letter written in 1959 addressed to his superior, Padre Pio speaks about the revelation that Jesus made about the World’s End. The letter is lengthy and so today we talk only of Jesus’ first prophecy about end times.
Jesus: “The world is walking into ruin. Men have abandoned the right path to venture on roads that end in the desert of violence. If they do not drink from the source of humility, charity and love, it will be a catastrophe.” In a powerful message to Ivan, Our Celestial Mother echoes the prophetic words of Jesus. She warns mankind that the world will face great difficulties and dangers if people continue to walk away from God instead of towards him. She said to the visionary in February 2021: “Dear children, today’s world is walking into the future without God. I am coming to you because my Son is sending me to help you. This world, this mankind, is finding themselves in great trouble and there is a danger that it could destroy itself.”
In a letter distributed at the end of 2020, a time when the world was in crisis with the pandemic, Ivan revealed that Our Lady is concerned about the future of the world. He said:
“Today more than ever, today’s world and mankind is going through a very difficult moment, through difficult crisis, but the greatest crisis is the crisis in faith in God because we cannot distance ourselves from God. Recently,
our
lives have been changed since the temporary darkness of this storm has entered the Church and the world.
Life seems complicated and uncertain; our hearts are restless. Many feel anxious and frightened. We seek clarity; we seek light; we seek true peace.
Now more than ever, our Mother’s voice is being heard. Our Lady is the new voice calling out in the desert: Do not be afraid of the storm! It is more important to prepare your hearts for the Lord! Be alive in hope. It is Our Lady’s will that we live in joyful hope every day, in the faith that Jesus gave us in the Gospel. St. Paul tells us that “hope does not disappoint.” Hope is the “anchor of the soul.” Let us understand that today can be a time of great joyful hope. It is not simply a sense of optimism. It is the truth. That truth is Jesus Christ. Jesus, our Savior, through the Virgin Mary, came to earth as a man to select and understand us, heal and raise, liberate and transform us into new beautiful creations. Only Jesus is our peace. Jesus is our true hope.
In a beautiful and powerful Message dated August 25, 2016, Our Lady speaks of this Hopeful joy but also warns us of the dangers of satan, the powerful seducer, if we attach ourselves to worldly things.
“Dear children! Today I desire to share Heavenly joy with you. You, little children, open the door of your heart so that hope, peace and love, which only God gives, may grow in your heart. Little children, you are too bound to the earth and earthly things, that is why, Satan is rolling you like the wind rolls the waves of the sea. Therefore, may the chain of your life be prayer with the heart and Adoration of my Son Jesus. Give over your future to Him so that, in Him, you may be joy and an example with your lives to others.
