Our Lady to Gisella Cardia on July 25th, 2020:

Dear children, thank you for being gathered here in prayer and for having listened to my call in your hearts. Beloved children, continue every day in prayer, especially in the recitation of the Holy Rosary which is the sole* protection that you will have against evil. Children, look around you: earthquakes, tsunamis, devastating storms will not stop – only prayer recited with the heart can change things, but everything must be fulfilled, because that is how it has been written. Abandon your will and always be in the will of God. You are accustomed to living a mechanical life: abandon the things of earth and have more consideration for the things of heaven, because only thus will you be able to walk along the more difficult but more correct path. Pay attention, children, do not fall into the devil’s trap: I love you and I want you to be saved. I would like my army of light to be able to unite in one voice. Now I leave you with my holy blessing in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

*This should not be taken as implying that other forms of prayer have no value, but as emphasizing the special role of the Rosary as a spiritual weapon — a role underscored in the writings of many mystics past and present, and additionally confirmed by the testimonies of many exorcists. The time is coming, and is already here again for many, when public Masses will no longer be available. In that regard, recourse to Jesus through this efficacious prayer will be crucial. Servant of God Sr. Lucia of Fatima alluded to this as well:

Moreover, Our Lady calls us here to “prayer received with the heart,” which means the Rosary should be prayed in the spirit with which Pope John Paul II exhorted the faithful—as if it were a “school of Mary” at whose feet we sit to meditate upon the Savior, Jesus Christ (Rosarium Virginie Mariae n. 14). In fact, St. John Paul II went further indicating the true power of the Rosary in the history of the Church that echoes this revelation to Gisella:

Why Gisella Cardia?

In Trevignano Romano in Italy, there is mystic Gisella Cardia. Her experiences began in 2016 after she visited Medjugorje, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and purchase of a statuette of Our Lady, which later began to weep blood.

The Blessed Mother then began appearing to her with messages, even as Gisella started to experience stigmata or the wounds that Jesus suffered during his agonies.

Gisella was to write two books on her mystical experiences, along with the messages of the Blessed Mother. A Nihil obstat was recently granted by an Archbishop for the Polish translation of the second of these, titled “On the way with Mary” published by Edizioni Segno.

Apparitions in Trevignano Romano, Italy

The alleged Marian apparitions in Trevignano Romano in Italy to Gisella Cardia are relatively new. They began in 2016 following her visit to Medjugorje, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and purchase of a statuette of Our Lady, which subsequently began to weep blood. The apparitions have already been the subject of an Italian national TV broadcast during which the seer behaved with remarkable calm in the face of some heated criticism from panelists in the studio toward her and two books. A Nihil obstat was recently granted by an Archbishop for the Polish translation of the second of these, In Cammino con Maria (“On the way with Mary”) published by Edizioni Segno, containing the story of the apparitions and the associated messages up until 2018. While such a foreign Nihil obstat does not, on its own, constitute in situ diocesan approval of the apparitions, it is certainly not insignificant. And the local Bishop of Civita Castellana appears to have been quietly supportive of Gisella Carda, having given access early on to a chapel for the overwhelming influx visitors who began to gather in the Cardia’s house to pray, once news of the apparitions began to spread.
