Last year, before Notre Dame caught on fire, desecration of Catholic churches and religious icons spread across France. Vandals in Catholic churches throughout the country smashed statues, knocked down tabernacles, scattered or destroyed the Eucharist, burnt altar cloths and torn down crosses, among other acts of desecration of religious items.
Some are now asking if the Coronavirus pandemic is a kind of punishment or chastisement against humanity fbecasue so many souls have not only abandoned God but have become hositle to our creator.
The Miracle Cross

Photos from inside Notre Dameshow the central part of the historic Gothic cathedral still intact.
Rows of wooden pews and much of the nave appears to have been saved, according to the images.
“Only a small part of the vault collapsed. Interior seems relatively untouched. Hallelujah!” wrote @CathedralNotre.
A social media user’s story has gone viral and been reported around the world after she said she could see Jesus carrying a cross in the middle of the Notre Dame fire.
Thousands of people have been commenting since her description of the outline saying that they too can see the son of God.
It takes a few seconds to fully see the outline but once you see it, you can’t not see it when you look at the photo again.
Lesley Rowan, from Alexandria in West Bunbartonshire, Scotland posted: “When I looked at this photo last night, I was really astounded by what I saw.”
“When I look at it I see a silhouette of Jesus. I really see a vivid image.”
“I shared it and asked for people’s opinions – even my brother in Australia said it looks like Jesus.”
“I feel like it will bring comfort to people in Paris and all over the world at this sad time.”
Many who saw the photo also thought they recognised Jesus.
Dom Disanto posted: “I can see it pretty clear, gown and all.
“Imagine this was how god showed us he wasn’t happy with us, by using acts of god to take away ancient, beautiful monuments/ and cathedrals.”
